PURPOSE: To provide a method capable of discriminating a driving defect of an attachment member as well as setting of the attachment member for securing heat insulation panels to structural components to the structural components. CONSTITUTION: An attachment member 28 for securing a heat insulating panel 30 to a structural component 31 is secured to a structural component 31 by a high pressure gas actuating driving device. A connecting region 26a generating a frictional force is provided in a guide tube 25 of the driving device, thereby discriminating the driving quality after driving. Therefore, the frictional force between the guide tube 25 and the inside surface of the hollow shaft 28b in the attachment member 28 is greater than the frictional force between the hollow shaft 28b and the insulating panel 30.
