<p>PURPOSE:To save a space by carrying-in/out articles at one position, and sorting the articles during their traveling on a straight lane so as to use a device for both carrying-in and -out. CONSTITUTION:Articles are conveyed from a carrying-in port 7, sorted while they are being conveyed on an automatic sorting conveyer 5 for carrying-in which consists of straight conveyers and arrive at a carrying-in port 8. The articles which have arrived are conveyed to a carrying-in/out conveyer 3 with a loop type track carriage 4 and stored in an article storage shelf 2 by a stacker crane 1. On the other hand, when articles are carried out, the articles are conveyed to a carrying-out port 9 by the loop type track carriage 4 through a reverse route, sorted by an automatic sorting conveyer 6 for carrying-out which consists of straight conveyers, and conveyed to a prescribed position. It is thus possible to dispose this device both carrying-in and -out ports for automated warehouse facility and eliminate wasteful spaces by a combination of straight conveyers and by eliminating unnecessary parts of conveyers.</p> |
