<p>PURPOSE: To provide a method of manufacturing a catalytic cracking catalyst having a controlled pore size and being extremely durable. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing a catalyst comprises following steps, to feed a framework structure having a measurable isoelectric point and being at least one component selected from a group constituting of an oxide component of crystalline tetrahedron framework structure, a component of an active porous inorganic catalyst framework structure and a component of a inert catalyst frame work structure, to feed an inorganic oxide sol having a measurable isoelectric point, to measure an isoelectric point of each component of the framework structure and also pH of the inorganic oxide sol, and to match the isoelectric point of each component of the framework structure to the pH of the inorganic oxide sol. The method of manufacturing catalyst comprises a further step of bonding the inorganic oxide sol with each component of the framework structure in a solution and a following step of drying the bonded solution or suspension.</p> |
