BONDING AGENTS USEFUL FOR COATING PLASTICS, A PROCESS FOR COATING PLASTICS, AND COATED PLASTICS The present invention relates to bonding agent compositions useful for improving adhesion and storage stability of coatings for plastics based on one- or two-component binders containing (a) bonding agents that are chemically modified polyolefins having an average molecular weight Mw of from 10,000 to 100,000 g/mol, a chlorine content of from 2.5 to 50% by weight, and a content of nitrogen, oxygen, sulfur and/or silicon in the form of chemically bound functional groups totaling 0 to 15.0% by weight, and (b) 20 to 80% by weight, based on the total of components (a) and (b), of OH-functional hydrophobic esters of (i) polyvalent alcohols and (ii) aliphatic C8-C22 monocarboxylic acids, said esters having hydroxyl numbers in the range of 50 to 600. The present invention also relates to a process for coating plastics with coating agents in which one- or two-component binder is combined with such bonding agent compositions, as well as to coated plastics thus obtained.
