<p>PURPOSE:To improve an external appearance of a bottom of an indoor unit and to simplify mounting and removing of a lower frame by forming the frame detachably arranged in the bottom of the unit in a U shape, and arranging connectors at a plurality of places in the unit. CONSTITUTION:An indoor unit 1 of a wall hang type air conditioner has a rear plate 2 fixed to a wall, and a box type indoor unit 3 in combination. A U-shaped lower frame 4 is integrally formed from an entire width of a bottom 3a to a side 3b of the unit 3. The unit 3 and rotary connectors 6 to be engaged with engaging grooves formed on the plate 2 are arranged at four side positions of a bottom 4a of the frame 4. Further, protruding pawls 7 formed at the sides 4b of the frame 4 are inserted into receiving grooves 8 formed on sides 3b of the unit 3. Thus, an external appearance of the bottom of the unit 3 is improved, and the frame 4 can be simply and effectively mounted and removed.</p> |
