PURPOSE:To provide a prepreg which can give a composite material having high impact resistance, high interlaminar toughness and high edge delamination resistance upon stretching a cross laminate as well as high interlaminar shear strength and high heat resistance and to provide a fiber-reinforced composite material obtained therefrom. CONSTITUTION:The prepreg comprises a fibrous reinforcement (A) comprising long fibers, a thermosetting resin composition (B), fine particles (C) of a resin, and fine particles (D) of a resin having a glass transition temperature (Tg) higher than that of the resin of component C. Components C and D are localized on the surface. |
