CONSTITUTION:An elastic plate 30 formed by bonding rubber chips by an adhesive is arranged in a mold 10 so that the outer periphery thereof is matched with the elastic plate positioning line formed on the inner surface of the mold 10 and held by the engaging pins 20... provided to the inner surface of the mold in an erected state. Thereafter, the mold 10 is filled with a chip raw material 32 prepared by mixing rubber chips having a color different from that of the elastic plate 30 with an adhesive and the adhesive is cured not only to solidify the rubber chips so as to conform to the inner surface shape of the mold but also to integrally bond the same to the elastic plate 30. |
