STABILIZED FORMULATION

摘要

A topical pharmaceutical formulation for use in treating viral infections of the skin or mucosa and containing 9-(2-hydroxyethoxymethyl)guanine (acyclovir) and 2-acetylpyridine 5-[(2-chloroanilino)thiocarbonyl]thiocarbonohydrazone (TCH) which comprises a dispersed oily phase and a continuous aqueous phase containing therein water, not more than 30 % of a polyhydric alcohol (by weight of the formulation), emulsifier, acyclovir and TCH.
