Air-conditioning cooling tower (water-cooling tower)

Air-conditioning cooling tower for systems for producing cold water, in which tower heat is extracted (removed) by means of external air (outside air) and/or trickling of water from the cold-water and cooling-water circuit of a refrigerating machine (cooling machine, cold-producing machine). The tower is subdivided into a free cooler having a dedicated cold water circuit, which is preferably operated by means of a water/glycol mixture, and a wet tower which is connected via a ventilator to the air outlet of the free cooler. The cooling water of the cooling water circuit of the refrigerating machine is cooled directly by trickling in the wet tower.
