<p>In order to reduce any opportunities for allowing the fastening of strangulation means or similar to a door or window, the legs (6) of a frame (1) and legs (7) of a sash (2) are provided with lining profiles (4, 5) on the inside surface of a wall facing the room. The profiles (4, 5) directly abut against the inside of the legs (6, 7) of the frame (1) and the sash (2) and are connected thereto by means of fastening means such as screws (8, 9 or 17, 18).
