摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To materialize rational power supply to processes dispersion or temperature change by building a power feeder in this device and realizing the operation voltage corresponding to the operation speed of an inner circuit. CONSTITUTION:An input buffer IB and an output buffer OB are operated by the power source voltage VCC being supplied from outside so that it may fit the system interface, while an inner circuit LOG is operated by the minimum voltage fit for the operation speed requested by a built-in power circuit VG. Accordingly, the inner circuit LOGC is operated at nearly fixed speed without being influenced by the temperature change caused by process dispersion or temperature change to conductance property, so the power consumption becomes substantially low.</p>
