摘要 PURPOSE:To relieve the load of a master station of a satellite communication system by allowing the master station to designate an individual communication line and allowing each slave station to make secrecy of communication and control of line connection so as to distribute functions. CONSTITUTION:A line allocation request signal SR overridden with an optical secrecy key generated from a secrecy key generating section 33 through a channel control line 5 and a communication satellite 1 is sent to a master station 2 by a call request from a subscriber terminal equipment 31. The master station 2 analyzes a called slave station and retrieves an individual communication line and overrides the secrecy key from a caller slave station 3 onto an incoming call notice signal SI when the call reception is available and the line is capable of designating and sends the result to a called slave station 4. The called slave station 4 returns an incoming reply signal SA when the call reception is available. The master station sends a line designation signal SC with the secrecy key set overridden thereon to the caller and the called slave stations 3, 4. The slave stations 3, 4 set up a designated individual communication line 6 and uses the secrecy key on the line designation signal SC to make ciphering of transmission data to the other slave station party by ciphering sections 32, 42 and decode reception data from the other slave station party.
