PURPOSE:To improve the value of use of an electronic bulletin board system by setting the number of times of use in the registration of the bulletin board system so as to satisfy the expected operating state. CONSTITUTION:When a service request from a terminal equipment 2 is an electronic mail register request, the request is registered in an ID table and the number of times of use is set, the terminal equipment reads an electronic mail and stores it to a memory 10 and registers it on a mail information table. Furthermore, when the service request is extracted from the bulletin board system, the management table is retrieved and outputted to a request terminal equipment to revise the number of times of the use of the table. In this case, when the number of times of use set at registration is coincident with the extracted number of times, the electronic mail of the bulletin board system is deleted from a hard disk HD 5 and informed to the registered terminal equipment. Thus, problems of existence of an undesired electronic mail and deleted electronic mail because of unarrival to the expected operating state due to any cause are avoided.
