PURPOSE:To automatically extract, register and utilize an operation procedure executed by a user to slove a problem. CONSTITUTION:This natural language processor has an analytical resource information storing part for storing analytical resource information, a sentence analyzing part 5 for analyzing natural language information stored in a document information storing part 2, an analyzed result storing part 6 for storing analyzed result information, an operation history storing part 8 for storing operation history, an operation script information storing part 10 for extracting and storing operation script information to be a model of a series of operation procedure by using the operation history information and analyzed result information, an adaptive script retrieving part 11 for retrieving operation script information adaptive to the analyzed result information of a document to be processed which is stored in the storing part 6, and an operation script adapting part 13 for adding information to the analytical resource information stored in the analytical resource information storing part or changing the information. |
