PURPOSE:To provide a printing device equipped with a means with which a user can easily print characters on a predetermined part of an article. CONSTITUTION:In a printing device, when a floppy disk 50 is inserted into a first insert opening 4 and set by a user, a print head operates to print characters inputted from a keyboard 2 in a printing range oh a surface of a label paper to be stuck to the floppy disk 50. When the disk is inserted into a second insert opening 5 and set, printing is performed in a printing range on the back face of the label paper. |
