PURPOSE: To obtain subject pharmaceutical formulation for antitumor agents, etc., containing a specific benzoyl urea derivative and an ionic surface active compound, having good biological effectiveness, capable of providing stable suspension having sufficiently small size and suitable for oral administration. CONSTITUTION: This pharmaceutical formulation for antitumor agents, etc., suitable for oral administration is obtained by formulating (A) a benzoyl urea derivative represented by the formula X is O or S; R1 is H, a group of the formula, (O-A)n [A is H, a 1-6C alkanoyl, etc.; (n) is an integer], a group, etc., of the formula, S-A; R2 is H, a halogen, a (substituted) 1-6C alkyl, etc.; R3 is H, a halogen, a (substituted) 1-6C alkyl, a (substituted) 1-6C alkoxy, etc.; R4 is H, a group of the formula, (O-A)m [(m) is an integer], a group, etc., of the formula, S-A; R5 is H or a 1-3 halogen} with (B) an ionic surface active compound (e.g. sodium dioctylsulfosuccinate). |
