The heat control device decides the target temperature according to the variable registance. The desired temperature is set by the user. The variable registance is set according to the desired temperature. The temperature control device (30) decides the minimum and the maximum temperatures by sensing the variable registance with two terminals (36,37). Then the heat control device sets up a new target temperature by the temperature difference which is lower than the allowable temperature error.
