PURPOSE:To develop high sealing effect over the whole of a gasket and to extremely facilitate the bonding and peeling with respect to an adherend by laminating a viscoelastic seal material to both surfaces of a core material. CONSTITUTION:Plate-shaped viscoelastic seal materials 12, 12 composed of a silicone gel are laminated to both surfaces of a core material 11 composed of a fiber material and mutually integrated with the core material 11 by utilizing the self-adhesiveness of the viscoelastic seal materials 12, 12 to constitute a gasket 10 for an air filter. That is, the viscoelastic seal materials are integrated by the self-adhesiveness thereof through the core material and high sealing effect is developed over the whole of the gasket. The viscoelastic seal materials difficult to handle heretofore are integrated while the shapes thereof are held by the presence of the core material and the bonding and peeling with respect to an adherend can be performed in an extremely easy manner. |
