摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obtain the communication method and the device each clock oscillator is installed separately while preventing an unstable signal state due to out of synchronism between a clock from a TBC and a clock from a CMB. CONSTITUTION:A TBC 5 sends a digital transmission signal 106 formed in a predetermined format to a CMB 6-1 (6-2) via data buffer 23-1 (23-2) based on a clock 103. The CMB 6 converts the transmission signal 106 into an analog signal to send the result to a transmission line 1. A data buffer 23 buffers the transmission signal for each bit based on the clock 103 and starts the transmission of the transmission signal in the buffer to the CMB 6 based on a clock 10-1 (10-2) when the predetermined number of bits is pooled. When the clock 106 of the CMB 6 is faster than the clock 103 of the TBC, the number of data stored in the buffer 23 is smaller and when slower, the number of stored data is increased and the deviation in the synchronization of both the clocks is absorbed in real time.</p>
