PURPOSE:To provide an education supporting system capable of remarkably reducing the handling time required for the generation of a teaching material used in education and quickly dealing with the change of the content of field of an education target. CONSTITUTION:This system is comprised of (a) a data base for job processing in which data used in job processing is stored, (b) an individual managing data base which manages the data of an individual, (c) a control means which samples an education item required for each individual from the data base for job processing and the individual managing data base, and (d) a control means which updates the individual managing data by using a sampled education item in addition to a computer system provided with main memory 2, a CPU 1, a display device 5, a magnetic disk 4, and an input device 3. In this way, it is possible to quickly generate an educational teaching material and to generate the educational teaching material not being dissociated from an actual job. |
