PURPOSE:To provide an image forming device which achieves the simplification of the sealing member of a developer carrier and the structure of an electrode, miniaturization and cost down. CONSTITUTION:In the image forming device with the sealing member 17 between the developer container 16 and the developer carrier 12, the sealing member 17 is made of conductive resin, and a function as the electrode for the image carrier 12 is also imparted to the sealing member 17. Because the sealing member 17 functions also as the electrode for the developer carrier 12, a structure for supporting a magnetic body 13 provided in the developer carrier 12, a structure for receiving the shaft of the developer carrier 12, further, the sealing member 17 itself and the structure of the electrode can be simplified. Additionally, the cost down can be achieved by the miniaturization of the image forming device and a reduction in the number of parts. |
