PURPOSE:To provide an inspecting device of a printed wiring board utilizing the advantage of a hold recognizing method, requiring no center point calculating process of a hole center recognition group, and capable of generating an accurate hole mask image for an incomplete land through hole or a hole with a different diameter. CONSTITUTION:This inspecting device is constituted of an inspection section 31 discriminating whether the data are true defect data or not based on the pattern image from an image pickup device reading the wiring pattern on a printed wiring board 10 and a hole mask image, a hole recognition mask processing section 4, and a data integrating means 33. The hole recognition mask processing section 4 is provided with a hole measurement/recognition section 41 recognizing whether a hole satisfying the set radius + or - an allowable value exists or not; a hole judgment section 44 receiving the hole measurement signal from the hole measurement/recognition section 41, making a final hole judgment based on the incompleteness-in-land allowable opening angle, and outputting a hole center recognition group as the hole detection signal; and a hole mask generation section 45 generating the hole mask image. |
