PURPOSE: To be selectively adapted to a healing process and promote an orderly tissue reinforcement by providing at least two layers and making at least these two layers having different porosities. CONSTITUTION: An upper fleece layer is provided with two zones having different porosities. A zone 21 is composed of 6 fleece having the porosity of 1000 L/m<2> sec., while the other zone 22 contains a fleece having the porosity lower than that, 200 L/m<2> sec. A fleece layer having two zones 24 (porosity 800 L/ m<2> sec) and 25 (porosity 300 L/m<2> sec) is arranged in the other side of a mesh 23. This graft is set to a different contour from the ones of the zones 22, 25 so as to be optimized to the given conditions. As a result, it is adapted specifically to the tissue regeneration process in the body. For example, a rapidly growing cell unit can quickly advance from one side of the graft to a layer having a large hole. |
