CONSTITUTION:The optical path of a light beam L is bent by a prism 11, the light beam is condensed by a hologram lens 12 formed on the emitting surface of this prism 11, otherwise, the optical path is bent by a hologram mirror 22, and the light beam L is condensed. Thus, an objective lens is omitted, and the optical path bending means and the condensing means are integrally formed. |
