PURPOSE:To provide a target speed setting device capable of setting the target speed to meet the training level of a person to use a bicycle. CONSTITUTION:When the target setting key is not operated, the procedure is advanced from S1 to S7. When a measuring key is operated, the procedure is advanced in the order of S8 S9 S10 S11 S12. and a judgement is made whether the speed > the maximum speed. When the speed > the maximum speed, the present speed is stored (S13) in the maximum speed storing part. When an END key 12 is operated, the stored maximum speed is displayed (S17). When the target setting key is operated, the procedure is advanced in the order of S1 S2 S3, and the stored maximum speed is read from the data register and displayed (S3). Then, the register key is operated, and the displayed maximum speed is set by the target speed (S5), and displayed (S6). |
