PURPOSE:To solve the problem of incorrectly using an integrated circuit by providing a cut at a middle of an input/output pin so as to locally weaken the strength of the input/output pin and break the input/output pin when external force is operated. CONSTITUTION:An integrated circuit 10 is composed of a top side package 1 and a bottom side package 2 which is covered with the top side package 1. The bottom side package 2 is provided with a plurality of input/output pins 3 which protrude to the bottom from the top. A cut 6 is provided at the middle of each input/output pin 3 so as to locally weaken the strength of the input/ output pin 3 and cut the input/output pin 3 when external force is operated. When external force is applied to the integrated circuit 10 to remove the integrated circuit 10 from the base in order to rewrite the data of the integrated circuit 10, the input pin 3 breaks and is destroyed. Therefore, the integrated circuit 10 is prevented from being incorrectly used. |
