PURPOSE:To provide a bacterial-heat-generation method with the use of the heat generated in the course of the bacterial growth by culturing the bacteria on a culture medium composed of sugars consisting of rice bran, soybean meal, etc. CONSTITUTION:In this method, bacteria are cultured on a culture medium composed of sugars to obtain the heat generated by the growth of the bacteria. Further, the bacteria are selected from those belonging to genus Bacillus: Bacillus circulans AH4 (FERM P-13699), Bacillus circulans AH8 (FERM P-13700) or Bacillus stearothermophilus AH15 (FERM P-13701). |
