An energy-saving quick-boiling kettle comprises a body, a spout, a lid, at least two gas conduits disposed at the inner side wall of the top of said body and extending towards the bottom of said body, and a heat exchanger disposed between said gas conduits and the center of the bottom of said body. At the top of said heat exchanger provides outlets linking with said gas conduits, at the bottom of said heat exchanger provides an opening leading to the outside of the bottom of said kettle. And also a recessed flame-concentrating cavity formed at the bottom of said body. The energy-saving quick-boiling kettle according to this invention can be used for heating or cooking drinking water, beverages and other fluid-like food.
