The invention relates to a bending device (1) with means (2) for positioning a workpiece (13, 15) in relation to a bending line (11) of the bending device (1). According to the invention, the means are designed as pins (2) for engagement in recesses (12) of the workpiece (13, 15). This gives exact positioning of the bending line (14, 16) of the workpiece (13, 15) relative to a bending line (11) of the bending device (1).
