PURPOSE: A hot repairing apparatus is provided to elaborately repair the spraying position of a refractory against a target when repairing the refractory by spraying the refractory to the wall of a furnace. CONSTITUTION: The hot repairing apparatus comprises:a post frame(4) installed to be able to rotate by a driving motor(12) and having an up-down cylinder which is able to move up and down; a horizontal frame(7) having a cylinder which is for inducing the variableness of length to control the position of a lance; a horizontal frame slope controlling cylinder(8) installed on the inner side of the post frame and the horizontal frame to control the inclined degrees of the horizontal frame; a lance head(10) having space to guide a powder transmission pipe, and to inhale and vent outer air; a lance head controlling device to keep the position of the lance head at right angles without regard to the displacement of the horizontal frame; and a sliding cover(11) installed on an inlet of the lance to cut off the inflow of the dust and the cooling of the lance head.
