PURPOSE:To provide an antenna change-over switch operated also as an amplifier and reduced in its current consumption. CONSTITUTION:This antenna change-over switch is provided with a 1st amplifier consisting of a duel gate FET Tr11 amplifying a received signal from an antenna inputted to an input terminal 11 and outputting the amplified signal to an output terminal 13 and the 2nd amplifier consisting of a dual gate FET Tr12 amplifying a received signal from the other antenna inputted to an input terminal 12 and outputting the amplified signal to the output terminal 13, and constituted so that one of the dual gate FETs Tr11, Tr12 is turned to an operating state and the other is turned to an interrupted state by impressing control signals having mutually reversed polarity to the sources of the FETs Tr11, Tr12. |
