PURPOSE:To display a document layout image based on a set document format according to the content of the document format. CONSTITUTION:Document format information set and changed through a keyboard 1 is stored through a format setting/changing device 2 in a format parameter table 3, and displayed through a RAM 4 for display. On the other hand, the parameter stored in the format parameter table 3 is read by a format layout image preparing device 7, the layout image of the formal in conformity to the parameter is prepared, and the image is displayed through the RAM 4 for display. |
