PURPOSE:To make degassing at the time of molding smooth and a resin flow uniform and contrive a reduction in dislocation and distortion of resin of molded product, by a method wherein periodic changes are provided in a gap between a stamper and a thick plate of the outer circumferential part and a gap between the stamper and a press member, respectively. CONSTITUTION:In a grinding process of the rear of a stamper, the stamper 1 is bonded to a plate 8 possessing a form corresponding to a form of the outer circumferential part of a desirous stamper with an adhesive agent by turning its patterned surface down and the outer circumferential part of the stamper having the fixed radius is ground. Then in the case where a tape grinding method which is used in a process of the rear of the stamper is used, a turning speed of the stamper is fixed and a pulling speed of a grinding tape is allowed to vary at a fixed cycle, through which a periodic change is given to a board thickness of a part having the fixed radius. |
