PURPOSE:To securely fold a paper sheet even for a thin paper sheet or the one on which image is printed, so that no failure in folding the paper sheet occurs. CONSTITUTION:An impeller 32 that can be rotated around a support shaft 31 situated outside of the folding line of a paper sheet P is provided. When the folding line becomes closer to the impeller 32 as the paper sheet P is delivered, a flexible attraction blade 42 provided on the impeller 32 is brought into contact with the upper surface of the paper sheet P while the blade is moved from the upstream side to the downstream side, by the rotation of the impeller 32, and the paper sheet P is thus attracted in the direction of delivery. |
