The invention relates to a spacer screw for fastening structural elements, such as laths, window frames or the like, on a structure, at a distance therefrom, with an anchorage element which can be anchored in the structure and on the head of which a threaded sleeve, which can be screwed by means of an external thread into the structural element to be fastened, is fastened in captive fashion. In the case of said spacer screw, the threaded sleeve is retained in captive fashion by border sections which project radially inwardly above the upper end surface and beneath the lower end surface.
