PURPOSE: A call access system for expanding a number capacity is provided to decide whether a number of a receiving terminal is a preset expanded number, and to supply a call connection between an originating terminal and the receiving terminal according to decided results, thereby expanding a subscriber number. CONSTITUTION: An originating system(100) consists of a BTS(120) for performing a wireless connection with an originating terminal(110), a BSC(130) for managing the BTS(120), and an MSC(140) for performing an exchanging process in connection with the BSC(130). A receiving system(200) consists of a BTS(220), a BSC(230), and an MSC(240). The MSC(140) and the MSC(240) share an HLR(300), and inquire about subscriber information from the HLR(300). The MSCs(140,240) are connected to an ARS(400), and are supplied with a voice announcement message from the ARS(400).
