Pharmaceutical mixture in solid form which contains (a) 1,3-bis(2-carboxychromon-5-yloxy)propan-2-ol or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as active ingredient A in conjunction with (b) a bronchodilator as active ingredient B, specifically the compound 1-(3,5- dihydroxyphenyl-2-(t-butylamino)-ethanol or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. Also a pharmaceutical preparation for the treatment of allergic lung disorders which includes the above-described pharmaceutical mixture in combination with a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient and which is in a form suitable for inhalation.
