CONSTITUTION:When the summer time in this year from 2:00 on June 12 to September 26 is set with one hour time change, 'present' and '6' corresponding to June of this year in the summer time initiation month designation column 216a in a summer time designation card 2c are marked and the '1' for tens digit and '2' for units digit in the summer time initiation date designation column 216b are marked. Then the 'present' and '9' corresponding to September of this year in the summer time termination month designation column 216c are marked and the '2' for tens digit and '6' for units digit in the summer time termination date designation column 216d are marked. The '2' for units digit of hour and '0' for units digit of minute in the summer time termination date desingnation column 216e are marked and '1' of the summer time change time designation column 216f is marked.</p> |
