摘要

PURPOSE:To diminish rotational fluctuation of a capstan due to disturbance by increasing a control gain in compensating a phase lag of a control output due to a calculation time for the control output without deteriorating the control performance in a high frequency band. CONSTITUTION:A useless time due to a calculation time taud with constitutive elements 1-8 is canceled by a digital filter of an inverse transfer character equipped inside a phase-lead compensator 9, so that the phase lag due to the calculation time is compensated.
