PURPOSE:To produce a plangraphic printing plate not requiring dampening water, having satisfactory image reproducibility and printing resistance and not generating waste. CONSTITUTION:This photosensitive compsn. contains a high molecular compd. contg. at least one group selected among sulfonic acid, phosphonic acid and a quat. N atom or a quat. P atom, an alkylene oxide polymer and a photosensitivity imparting agent or contains a high molecular compd. contg. at least one group selected among a phenolic hydroxyl group, carboxylic acid, sulfonic acid, phosphonic acid and a quat.
