<p>PURPOSE:To smoothly perform the return procedure of a document accompanying emergency or dead-line by identifying and processing the received document based on document attribute information, which is transmitted while being added to the transmitted document, and the document processing means information of a receiving station. CONSTITUTION:Priority levels are registered on the items of priority by operating an input part 2, 'emergency' is registered on a priority element, and 'urgent' is registered on an attribute class. The attribute class identifies information, to which the registered element belongs, among document attribute information and the registered information is stored in a storage part 5 of the receiving station as the document processing means information of the receiving station. Then, a document processing part 4 identifies and preferentially displays the document attribute information based on the document processing means information of the receiving station.</p> |
