HEAT-SHRINKABLE POLYSTYRENE TUBE

摘要

PURPOSE:To achieve stable drawing productivity and good inside sliding prop erty by adding 1-95% polystyrene in reference to the total amount of shock resistant polystyrene and block copolymer for drawing. CONSTITUTION:Shock resistant polystyrene in which conjugate diene hydrocarbon particles are dispersed is added to mixed polymer which is formed by incorporating styrene polymer in block copolymer containing styrene hydrocarbon and conjugate diene hydrocarbon. In this case, 1-95wt% shock resistant polystyrene is added thereto in reference to the total amount of shock resistant polystyrene and block copolymer. A tube is drawn from such a mixture and the drawn tube is taken up into a product. In this way, tubular extrusion is given by an extruder through an annular die for tubular drawing. Stable drawing productivity and good inside sliding property are achieved.
