COARSE GRINDING MACHINE FOR PRODUCTION OF BREAD FLOUR

PURPOSE:To extremely efficiently execute a grinding stage to grind the blocked bread baked in a kiln to prescribed sizes in production of bread flour. CONSTITUTION:This coarse grinding machine for coarse grinding of the blocked bread which is raw material prior to grinding the bread to the prescribed sizes at the time of producing the bread flour has a feeder section 12 having a pair of rollers which have plural bar-shaped bodies 22 for transporting to bite into the bread carried into the machine on their outer peripheral parts and supply the bread while holding the bread by rotating in the direction of biting the bread against each other and a roller 44 which is fixed with plural bar-shaped bodies 66 for grinding in the outer peripheral part thereof. The machine has also a grinding section 14 which strikes the bread by the bar-shaped bodies 66 for grinding and grinds the bread by rotating the roller 44, by which the purpose is attained.
