PURPOSE:To uniformly flow the whole of granular anaerobic sludge forming sludge blankets in a tank by raw water supplied to a bottom section of a biological reaction tank by means of a raw water spray tube. CONSTITUTION:One raw water spray tube 15 for supplying raw water or more are disposed on a bottom section of a biological reaction tank 10 per 2.1m<2> bottom area of the biological reaction tank (A bottom area D in charge of one raw water spray tube is set as 2.1m<2> or less.).
