A device for influencing flowing traffic comprises cross- sectionally semicircular, strip-shaped elements 1, the ends of which are rounded off. The elements 1, which are fastened on a road surface for example with the aid of knock-in pins and the width of which, measured at the base, is approximately twice the height, are arranged offset in relation to one another and overlapping one another in the centre of a lane. When driven over by a motor vehicle, the device produces vibrations and noises only in the interior of the motor vehicle, increasing the attentiveness of the car driver, so that the latter will for example observe the stipulated maximum speeds. <IMAGE> |
