The method comprises; (i) preheating at 180-220 deg.C for 10-20 minutes after injeting a silanol on surface of the glass container; (ii) coating the organoplymeric powder charged to the constant voltage of 30,000-50,000 V on the prepheated surface; and (iii) heating the coated glass container at 180-200 deg.C for 10-20 minutes; and (iv) cooling the heated glass container to room temperature. The method lowers a loss of organoplymeric powder to below 5 %.
