The subject of the present invention is a device for decontaminating, disinfecting and drying sealed endoscopes. It consists of a vessel (2) forming a channel (6) which is closed on itself, in which the endoscope can be fully immersed, and provided, on the one hand, with injectors (7) arranged so as to create in the channel a powerful rotary flow of cleaning liquid and sterile rinsing water or recycled drying air and, on the other hand, connectors (9, 9') which fit onto the instrument, making it possible to inject products under specific pressures and to test its leaktightness continuously. It relates to the industrial field of equipment intended for the hospital environment in general and its aim is to provide a complete and reliable solution to the specific problems linked with the disinfection of all types of sealed fibrescopes, video-endoscopes or ultrasonic endoscopes. <IMAGE>
