<p>A carbon-brush holder for the commutator of an electric motor consists of a basic housing (2), a motor seal (7) and an upper part allocated to the end surface of the basic housing (2) remote from the motor. In order to permit automatic assembly, to the greatest possible extent, and fitment of the carbon-brush holder with the necessary electronic components, it is provided that the motor seal (7) consists of a disc (25) of soft-elastic plastic, provided with duct channels for a pre-packaged line set (8), that the upper part is a printed-circuit board (5) which is populated with the electronic components (6) on the side facing the basic housing (2), and that the basic housing (2) is provided with insertion windows (9, 10) for the carbon brushes, which windows can be closed by side covers (3, 4). <IMAGE></p> |
