<p>PURPOSE:To enhance the productivity and endurance reliability by applying the constitution where low crest corrugated tube sections are formed at a section subjected to a bending process under plastic deformation, and elastically deformable and high crest tube sections are formed integrally at a linear section via a straight tube section between the low crest corrugated tube sections for absorbing displacement via the high crest corrugated tube sections. CONSTITUTION:Low crest corrugated tube sections 3a having approximately U-shaped cross section for a bending process is provided at two positions of an engine 1 and a radiator 2 where a bending process is undertaken under plastic deformation. A plastically deformable and high crest corrugated tube section 3b having OMEGA-shaped cross section is also formed at both sides almost at the center of a linear section not subjected to bending process between the sections 3a and 3a via straight tube sections 3c and 3c, and integrated with the sections 3c. In this case, external deformation is absorbed by the high crest corrugated section 3b.</p> |
