PURPOSE:To reduce the generated heat of fluid, torque loss and power consumption by allowing a rotating sleeve to float by the mutual repulsive force of permanent magnets and rotating it in a state where air retaining part exists between a fixed shaft and a covering member. CONSTITUTION:The permanent magnet 29 is attached to the lower end of the rotating sleeve 24, and the permanent magnet 30 is fixed in a housing 21 so that the magnets 29 and 30 are opposed to each other to be different in magnetic pole in a vertical direction. When the fixed shaft 22 and the sleeve 24 are fitted in a state where a plug 32 is detached, air inside the sleeve 24 flows out from a through-hole 23a, so that they can be easily fitted. When the sleeve 24 is rotated, it is supported in a radial direction by an air film between the sleeve 24 and the fixed shaft 22, and supported in a thrust direction by the repulsive force of the permanent magnets 29 and 30. In such a case, the air in the air retaining part 31 sealed by the plug 32 acts to attenuate the up-and- down movement of the sleeve 24. As a result, the sleeve 24 is held at a stable floating position. |
